Overwhelmed? (2005 Oak Haven), Dr. Kathleen Hall has made the art of balance her life’s work. A former “success junkie,” Dr. Hall left a high-power/high-stress career as a broker with a Wall Street firm to pursue a formal education in mind-body medicine, work life balance and stress management.
